Orders

Orders can be made online on our Gloves page. Payment can be made securely online by Paypal, you no longer need to register with Paypal to use this facility. Paypal payment only please for orders outside the United Kingdom. Within the United Kingdom payment can be made by Paypal, Cheque or Postal Order.

Or alternatively send us an email with your required size, colour, length of glove, chosen method of delivery and payment preference and we will return an invoice to you.

Delivery times: In the United Kingdom items are usually delivered with 14 days but please allow 21 days. We will contact you immediately if there is a problem with your order. For International orders please allow 28 days for delivery.

Postage and Packing: All orders are dispatched in plain, strong packaging. For UK orders a standard postage price is set at £3.00 for orders of £10 - £100. International postage charges quoted are for one pair of gloves, for multiple purchases the shipping charge will vary according to weight. We make sure we provide you with the best value, most efficient and secure method of delivery.

All our items are produced to your specific order. When payment for your order is confirmed, the item(s) will be despatched to you within our agreed delivery times.

We operate a strict privacy policy both commercially and on this website, we do not hold customer records and will never share your details with third parties. This site does not employ the use of cookies.

Refunds and Exchanges: All items are rigorously inspected before despatch. Please inspect the item(s) for faults before use. We can only issue refunds on items that are faulty in manufacture. Items must be returned in new condition, unpolished, unwashed and unworn.

We cannot accept responsibility for adverse or allergic reactions to our latex clothing, for your own safety please check your susceptibility before purchasing latex clothing from us.
